In today’s overcrowded industries, competing head-on results in nothing but a bloody “Red Ocean” of rivals fighting over a shrinking profit pool. On the other hand, “Blue Ocean” strategy allows companies to succeed not by battling competitors, but by creating uncontested market space through value innovation.
Join us at the University Club’s Executive Boardroom on Thursday, August 11th, from 7-9am for our next Executive Leadership Mastermind (ELM) breakfast meeting and featured presentation: “The Blue Ocean Strategy: Don’t Compete with Rivals – Make Them Irrelevant.”
Our speaker will be Robert Dudek, President & Broker Associate of The Blu Summit Real Estate Group at Keller Williams Realty, co-founder of The Executive Leadership Mastermind (ELM) Group and fellow alumnus of USD’s Master of Science in Executive Leadership (MSEL) program.
Robert started his career in real estate over 25 years ago as V.P. of an international real estate brokerage selling high-end properties in Europe and the U.S. Subsequently he became a mortgage banker and broker and founded a real estate lending company.
Four years ago Robert established The Blu Summit Real Estate Group, which had partnered with Keller Williams Realty International, the largest real estate franchise in the world with over 130,000 associates and 850+ Market Centers. His firm specializes in sales and marketing of new home developments and resale properties in California and Hawaii.
Robert’s presentation will focus on his leadership experiences in the context of using the “Blue Ocean” strategy while building a successful and rapidly growing business in highly commoditized real estate industry. He will go over the key points of creating your own “Blue Ocean” strategy, which can be deployed in any organization.
The presentation will be followed by an Executive Leadership Mastermind discussion and the opportunity to network with other leaders. A continental breakfast will be served. Seating is limited, so please RSVP today at: http://www.meetup.com/ELMgroup/events/232856996/
The event is co-sponsored by The Blu Summit Real Estate Group (www.tbsreg.com).
